Over the past year there have been disappearances of two Americans David Gimelfarb (August 2009) and Craig Schnell (Feb 2009). Jon Scibeck an American tourist visited Costa Rica on December 27th 2009 .On New Year's day he was found murdered. This is not a country I will be visting any time soon!!!
